Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on mega388. Users found to have multiple accounts may have all associated accounts suspended or closed, and all balances and wins may be forfeited.

Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. mega388 reserves the right to verify all provided information through the KYC (Know Your Customer) process at any time deemed necessary.

3Deposits & Withdrawals

Mega388 supports a variety of payment methods for the convenience of Malaysia members, including local bank transfer (FPX), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and ShopeePay.

Deposit Requirements

• Minimum deposit limit: RM 30 per transaction

Withdrawal Requirements

• Minimum withdrawal limit: RM 50 per transaction
• Withdrawals to e-wallets are processed within 1–5 minutes
• Withdrawals to a bank account take 30 minutes to 3 hours on business days
• Mega388 charges no processing fees for withdrawals
• Withdrawals may only be made to an account registered in the same member's name

4Bonus & Promotion Terms

Mega388 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions displayed alongside the relevant offer. General terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

Rollover Requirements (Re-wagering)

All bonus funds must meet the wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. Specific rollover conditions are stated in each promotional offer. For example, a bonus with a 5x rollover requirement means you must place total bets worth 5 times the bonus value before a withdrawal is permitted.

• Bonuses may not be used for wagering on games excluded under the promotion terms
